Senior UX/UI Designer

What will you do?

Your role & responsibilities include UX development, concept development & usability engineering.

As a Senior UX Designer (m/f/d), you will lead a user-centered design process, defining interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for diverse needs, working end-to-end to ship great products. With us you will be a part of our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with Researchers, Visual UI Designers, Product Owner, Software Engineers and Data Consultants on business critical projects to create the next generation of insurance experiences.

What are we looking for?

• Proven skills in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and platforms with strong knowledge of conception and prototyping

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions

• Attention to detail

• Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes

• Excited to work in a community of designers and being open to share ideas, review the work of others and contribute to Design System

• Willingness to take over task cross-products and topic ownership as well as educating Junior UX Designers 

• Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms

• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a breadth of business verticals

• 5+ years of experience doing what you do

• Fluent in English, German optional
