Position: Senior Windows Systems Engineers

Location: Oporto (Hybrid) / Willingness to travel across Europe, including extended periods.

Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and high availability of IT systems, participating in team discussions to enhance operations and project outcomes. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, design and implement technical solutions based on business needs, and manage incidents to ensure minimal disruption.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years as a system administrator with strong expertise in Windows systems and IT infrastructure.
• Active Directory: In-depth experience in managing user/group administration and GPOs.
• PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in automating tasks and system management using PowerShell.
• Office365 Administration: Hands-on experience with Azure, Exchange Online (Hybrid), SharePoint, and Teams.
• M365 Security Features: Knowledge of Microsoft security features and the security portal.
• Microsoft Roles: Expertise in roles such as print servers, file sharing, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Ironport: Familiarity with Cisco Ironport technology (desirable).
• Citrix: Experience in Citrix environments (desirable).
• Troubleshooting: Strong skills in resolving issues with Windows servers, desktops, and applications.
• Technical Support: Experience in providing technical support to users and IT teams.
