Currently, we are seeking a Service Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the service's performance history and external information sources about trends and new solutions, propose developments to the service and customers, in order to reduce the fraud rate and create more value for its services;
  • Monitor the service with the teams, aggregating all relevant historical information, supporting client monitoring meetings with the necessary information and ensuring the evolution and optimization of their services;
  • Ensure the level of customer satisfaction, analyzing complaints, preparing responses for customers, and preventing future complaints through concrete actions;
  • Service documentation
  • Coordination with the product area to ensure alignment of the fraud monitoring service, both in current services and in development/new services;
  • Define necessary service reporting, ensure updating needs and control service kpi on a daily basis.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
    Experience with management tools;
    Advanced experience with Excel;
    Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI;
    Experience with relational databases;
    Experience in product management or service management.
