Responsabilities:
- Design and creation of power interfaces for integrating customer data into Service Now
- Configure API integration between Service Now and Fortis on-premises resources
- Analysis and creation of automated Service Now exports to feed the needs of Fortis' internal customers
- Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now
- Workflow design in Service Now
- Migration of existing tools to Service Now
Location Requirements:
- Hybrid - Candidates must reside in Belgium
