Stefanini is hiring Portugal-based ServiceNow Business Analysts to join one of our Lisbon-based clients.
 

This client works within the retail business sector, operating around the world.

  • Project duration: longterm;
  • Work model: hybrid (3 days per week on-site in Lisbon);
     

This role takes place on a diverse multidisciplinary team, where English fluency is mandatory (written and spoken).

 

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role evaluating organization's processes and systems, focusing on data-driven changes and technical implementations. From analytics perspective, you will also engage in configuring platform features and collaborating with IT teams. The primary goal is to optimize business operations and contribute to strategic decisions.

 

Expected daily activities:

  • Understanding business needs and translating requirements for technical teams. 
  • Gathering data by conducting surveys, workshops and tests. 
  • Analyzing and modeling data to draw conclusions to support business goals, including those related to technical implementations. 
  • Assessing risks and opportunities by evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes.
  • Presenting recommendations by communicating findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders or technical teams to gain approval and support. 
  • Documenting findings, analyses and recommendations. 
  • Guiding staff through the implementation process to ensure solutions are integrated effectively. 

 

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BA, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience as ServiceNow Business Analyst ideally in large corporations.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB and ITOM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in local and/or hybrid team environment.
  • Portuguese and English fluency, written and spoken.

 

Nice-to-have factors:

  • ServiceNow Certifications related with IT Service Management and Customer Service (nice to have).
  • ITIL certification is highly valued.
