This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year working with the ServiceNow platform;
- - Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT asset tracking, with a focus on lifecycle processes, data accuracy, and reporting;
- - Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical specifications;
- - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA;
- - Analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently and adapting quickly;
- - Comfortable working in multicultural environments;
- - Fluency in English (mandatory).
