This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
• +3 years of experience in ServiceNow – development and administration;
• In-depth knowledge of different ServiceNow modules and features such as ITSM,
• ITOM, CSM, HRSM, among others;
• Service Portal development experience, with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript;
• Relational database expertise and experience in data migration, and data import/export in ServiceNow;
• Previous experience in identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in ServiceNow;
• Solid experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists), and enhancing the user interface;
• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog;
• Proficient in the development of workflows, automation, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, and custom apps;
• Solid experience developing scripts and business rules;
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
• Fluency in English;
• Accreditation - Two or more of the following training/certifications (or similar to those listed below):
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
