Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development;
- Experience working with ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologiesM
- Good knowledge of erviceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM (preferred but not required);
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Good English level (mandatory).
Main Responsibilities:
- As ServiceNow Developer, the candidate will be responsible for working to develop, design technical solution on ServiceNow platform on IRM, BCM and SecOps scope;
- Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development;
- Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
