Role Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to integrate our Nearshore Unit that is working on international projects for different countries across Europe. The work regime is full remote.
 

What you will do:

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and customizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
 

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer;
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Development, Configuration, and Administration;
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL);
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.);
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and ServiceNow Connector;
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
