Exciting Opportunity SHEQ Specialist - Industrial and Medicinal Gases Sector We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled SHEQ Specialist to join an Industrial and Medicinal Gases company. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure legal compliance in the management of Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE), both internally and in coordination with clients and contracted services, contributing to streamlining associated processes;Compile necessary documentation to prevent management errors and coordinate with platform management managers;Create, review, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (FDS), responding to quality complaints regarding Medicinal Gases and Healthcare Products;Provide guidance on the acquisition of analytical equipment, analysis methods, and the determination of critical parameters;Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs in the validation of analytical equipment and drafting technical agreements;Participate in internal, external, and association working groups;Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions;Collaborate in the analysis of new regulations related to Safety, Health, and the Environment, assessing their applicability to the company;Ensure personnel have and use individual protective equipment (PPE). Select PPE based on technical studies;Acquire and monitor environmental aspects;Coordinate with collaborating entities for relevant legal inspections;Participate in the review of Emergency Plans and coordinate simulation activities;Administer various orders and budgets, liaising with service providers;Adhere to allocated budgets in SHEQ matters. Job requirementsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors;Bachelors degree in chemistry, engineering, pharmacy, or a related field;Valuable certification as a Technical Specialist in Occupational Risk Prevention;Proficiency in integrated management systems and food safety management systems;Intermediate level of spoken and written English or Spanish;Proficient in Microsoft Office;Team player with the ability to influence and engage others;Results-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and management skills;Effective communication skills in various environments and with different stakeholders (internal, external, contractors, authorities).
