What you will do:

• Design and build software deployment solutions for Windows applications 
• Build tooling, scripts, and automation for the support of solutions 
• Setup monitoring and alerting solutions 
• Configure and manage hardware and biometric solutions 
• Contribute to the implementation of secure and compliant solutions 
• Train and prepare documentation for engineers and service operations 
• Create standard operating procedures for the usage and deployment of solutions 
• Set up technology environments and equipment for the testing of solutions 
• Setup the laboratory environments to facilitate the quality assessment of solutions 
• Test and troubleshoot solutions deployment and tooling Install IT infrastructure: network, computers, CCTV, servers, rack 
• Test new technologies for possible implementations 
• Test and troubleshoot new hardware components 
• Configuring and troubleshooting Linux related issues 
• Audit existing infrastructure security and fill checklists 
• Fixing and maintaining printers, scanners and other IT equipment 
• Receive technical support calls, troubleshoot and resolve the issue, when possible 
• Infrastructure and escalate to supervisor if necessary 
• Develop and improve standard test procedures 
• Travel on missions abroad 

 

Requirements

• Experience packaging and deploying desktop applications in large enterprise environments 
• Experience with AWS Platform 
• Experience with creating pipelines for CI/CD 
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical employees 
• Experience in any virtualization environment is required 
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Living in Lisbon.
