What will you be doing? • Establish and implement standardized procedures and norms to enhance the robustness of services; • Assess and propose innovative technologies to enhance the current ecosystem; • Expand systems in a sustainable manner using automation and advocate for changes that enhance reliability and speed; • Oversee diverse stakeholders in various intricate distributed systems; • Effectively monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with established SLAs across all business lines, prioritizing reliability and scalability; • Engage in DevOps practices, focusing on development and operational tasks, and champion the adoption of a CI/CD approach for systems and applications; • Efficiently handle and resolve production incidents; • Participate in change management for both applications and infrastructure, collaborating with multiple teams; • Maintain up-to-date documentation, detailing application components and operations, including architecture, procedures, and monitoring requirements; • Collaborate with development teams to define the architecture of new applications in line with infrastructure standards; • Work closely with developers to support and enhance their utilization of existing tools and practices, including alerting, addressing obsolescence, and addressing vulnerabilities; • Collaborate with other platform teams to assess tools, refine incident response processes, and conduct effective post-mortems; • Develop, code, and manage tools and systems to streamline the efforts of engineers in scaling our products. • Participate in an on-call rotation alongside product-building engineers. What are we looking for? • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Software, Infrastructure, Systems, and/or Site Reliability Engineering role; • Well-versed in both Linux and Windows environments; • Proficient in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell); • Hands-on experience with TomCat, Apache, IIS, ARR; • Experience with databases (MS SQL Server and/or MySQL); • Familiarity with Infrastructure backups; • Proficiency in using monitoring tools (preferably Zabbix) and dashboarding tools (preferably Grafana); • Understanding of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos; • Sound networking knowledge; • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); • DevOps mindset.
