Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

  • Coordinate campaigns that allows us to collect software inventories and requirements from all entities. Take all actions with the relevant international contacts to get all the relevant data required (excel inventory files, invoices, acquisition proofs, additional onformation on usages...);
  • Ensure SAM control-checks on all procurements requests. Take all actions with the relevant French contacts to complete the procurement requests;
  • Setup dashboards with relevant KPIS to monitor and report on the activities;
  • Contribute to SAM project management and RUN activities (formalize the SAM process and procedures, organize their distribution and global deployment, then ensure their maintenance and governance);
  • Contribute to deploy tools and methods adapted to support the activities;
  • Provide support to contacts in the SAM community. Animate communication within the SAM community by facilitating exchanges between the grou and its entities.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent MS Excel skills;
  • Experience in Software Asset Management is valuable;
  • Experience in budget or sales administration is valuable;
  • Oral and written communication skills in English and French (B2).
