We are seeking a Software technical designer with a good ecommerce knowledge (at least 5 years)

She/He will work as a member of Digital Backend engineering team, to design and build Backend interfaces and flows (APIs, Software process, flows). These flows are used to adapt existing process or to create new features in our front end applications (Web and Native Apps)

Functional scope covers a wide range of ecommerce backend topics: product publication, accounts management, checkout, selfcare.

The team is composed of Software engineers, Technical designers with a great seniority level.

Requirements:

Good ecommerce knowledge and skills with a proven track record;
Ability to discuss with product owners and define technical interfaces based on their requirements;
Very good skills in software technical design: sequence diagram, flows modeling between Front end and Back for Front, API design;
Understanding of the technical constraints of a wide ecommerce omnichannel digital system (Web performance, Scalability, observability, dashboarding and alerting constraints, webview management;
Experience in writing technical specifications with confluence with good writing skills;
Ability to communicate with other IT teams (Publication, Front, Backoffice, OPS, Support) and formalize meetings outputs;
Knowledge and practice of Backend and APIs development constraints, design patterns and algorithms;
Strong skills in writing technical stories for developers in JIRA;
Ability to participate in support and logs analysis;
Good English level spoken and written.
