Requirements:
Computer Science degree or related IT field experience
3-6 years SRE and Observability experience
Version control systems knowledge ( git )
Good experience with scripting (python/Go/others)
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Experience working in an Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) - terraform.
Experience with Cloud-Native observability tools as well as Open Telemetry, Fluent Bit, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Define/create/implement standard metrics (frontend web, mobile app, microservices, infra & Apigee)
Define/create/implement standard SLOs.
Knowledge of at least one of commercial observability solutions such as DataDog, Dynatrace, Newrelic, Splunk, etc
Experience working with Agile methodologies

Bonus if you have:
Experience with Azure Cloud
Experience with Jira
Experience with ArgoCD
Strong understanding of Kubernetes and other container-based architectures
