Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring a Técnico de Suporte ao Cliente (M/F)) for one of our prestigious clients in the area of Hosting and Domains, in Lisbon. Descrição/Funções: The candidate's main responsibility will be to provide support on administrative issues associated with the processes of Customer Profile, Issuance of SSL certificates, upgrades and Modification of Services, as well as the processes associated to the registration transfer, renewal of Domains, among others, namely payments and invoices. The candidate must offer an excellent customer experience, detecting all customer needs and providing the necessary information quickly and efficiently, via chat, email and phone Requisitos: Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of English; - Passion for the service of administrative support, financial and in the area of the domains; - Strong motivation for the relationship with the client; - Good communication skills; - Knowledge in the financial area and domains; - High capacity to communicate and manage written and oral information; - Customer service or helpdesk experience; - Customer orientation; - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Key Competencies: - Passion for learning and developing yourself personally and professionally within a leading internet company; - Passion for customer service or technical support and helping others; - Teamwork; - Attention to detail; - Proactivity in managing requests; Oferece-se: Integration into a team with strong growth potential; Salary and social benefits adequate to the function; Birthday day off; Training Career progression in an international group
