This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Experience in ensure and coordinate the evolution activities and corrective maintenance of the application and its portfolio;
- Experience in provide level 2 support and consult in compliance with the service contract and all its components;
- Capacity to guarantee the maintenance of the functional and technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the application;
- Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools;
- Knowledge on Azure Application Insights;
- Experience with SQL;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Collaboration Tools (Jira/Confluence);
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office;
- Fluent level of English.
