Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Level 1&2 Consultant - French speaker to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- High degree in Computer Science (or equivalent);
- Between 3-6 years in a similar role;
- Experience with ServiceNow;
- Good knowledge in UNIX/LINUX;
- Solid knowledge in Shell Scripting;
- Experience with Version Control (Git);
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus;
- Good level of English.
-Good lever of French.
