Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal We are looking for a Support Technician to work in this project in Lisbon. What are we looking for? - 3+ years of experience in similar position; - Previous experience in production run support; - Knowledge of Mainframe Technologies, such as: MVS, CICS, Cobol and Endevor; - Experience with Oracle and DB2; - Knowlegde of Incident Management around the Web front and API's; - Experienced with CI tools, Test tools and frameworks; - Fluent in English and French. Responsibilities: -Guarantee the management of incident requests; - Guarantee the performance of operational monitoring over the allocated period by ensuring responsiveness to the restoration of service and in compliance with SLAs; - Organize documentation/knowledge base of solutions.
