Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux servers; 

• Handle management and maintenance of cloud systems (KVM based).

 

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility; 

• Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills; 

• English language proficiency; 

• Experience with Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS); Knowledge of BASH scripting and basic Linux system management tools (grep, awk, sed, cut, etc.); Basic network configuration knowledge.

 

Bonus points for

• Experience with programming languages like PHP, C++, Java, LUA, Python; 

• Familiarity with partition systems (EXT4, XFS, BTRFS, ZFS); 

• cPanel management; Experience with CMS (Joomla, Wordpress) and forums; 

• Knowledge of caching systems (Bcache, memcache); 

• Database server management (MySQL, REDIS); 

• Web server management (Apache, NGINX); 

• DNS server administration (BIND, PowerDNS); 

• Experience with FreeBSD; 

• Advanced network knowledge, including Switching, Routing, and TCP/UDP protocols; iptables configuration management.
