Must-Have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Windows Client Engineering or similar roles
• Indispensable knowledge of MSI technology and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM/Configuration Manager
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured work approach, and quick learner
• Knowledge of IT support for PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Power Automate
• Fluent in English (written/oral)
• Fluent German B2 or above

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or relevant experience)
• Knowledge of programming small tools in C# or another developer language
• Experience providing 2nd & 3rd-level support for package installations and uninstallations for Windows clients
• Customer support experience in introducing new applications and advising on software packaging
