Profile: - At least 3 years of experience in similar position; - Fluent in English and French (read, written, spoken); - Comfortable with Infrastructure (network DNS, DHCP, security…); - Comfortable with Windows Infrastructure + CFT Client (agent); - Knowledge of Scripting in Shell / PowerShell; - Experience with Project Methodology (planning, deadlines, doc delivery, risks, reporting); - Experienced in production support.
