We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruiting cycle.
Identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
Ensure excellent candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Proven recruiting experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed).
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
