Team Coach/MDT Collaboration Coach

Stefanini is hiring professionals with Team Coaching/MDT Collaboration Coaching experience to join one of our clients, operating from Mechelen, Belgium (hybrid work model).

 

Responsibilities:

• Embody the “Determined to Deliver and Delight” strategy in your day-to-day activities. Integrate coaching seamlessly into daily operations. Constantly engage the Team in reflective sessions, challenging and inspiring them to explore areas of improvement;
• Drive the determination to consistently deliver outstanding results while seeking opportunities to delight our customers;
• Focus on empowering the Team to reflect, challenge themselves and constantly seek improvements. Encourage a culture where Teams collectively analyze results, set goals and take ownership of their performance;
• Promote cross skill collaboration, demonstrate expertise in multiple areas and continuous guide Team members to expand their skill sets and facilitate collaboration;
• Pivotal in fostering collaboration within the Team and propelling innovative thinking. Infuse innovation into the Team’s mindset. Motivate continuous exploration of new ideas, experimentation with prototypes, and testing of emerging technologies, promotions, procedures and processes;
• Actively facilitate collaboration with other departments, ensuring the integration of MDT vision and fostering a culture of knowledge exchange;
• Conduct different sessions (one-to-one sessions, let’s talk) to encourage Team members to envision and plan their future;

 

Requirements:

• Positive, innovative and dynamic mindset;
• Skill development champion, proficient in different skill areas, actively promoting proactive collaboration;
• Innovation enthusiast, embrace change, encourage idea exploration and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
• Communicator Masterful;
• Coaching Maestro, extensive experience in continuous coaching and inspiring teams to pursue excellence;
• Team player, focus on empowering the Team;
• Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-based environment
• Fluency in English, mandatory
