Profile: - Previous experience as a Team Leader; - Excellent communication skills with clients and conflict management; - Ability to create and analyze productivity reports (Excel, PowerBI); - Fluent in English and French and Spanish is a plus; - ITIL course and/or certification. Responsibilities: - Manage and control the operation of the customer service team; - Supervise if the operation is in line with the client's agreement, evaluate improvement points, and assist in their implementation; - Analyze operational indicators of the teams; - Provide indicators for Service reports; - Control ITSM backlog; - Manage the team, schedules, vacations, and unplanned absences; - Create and analyze productivity reports and SLAs/KPIs; - Take necessary actions to achieve operational objectives for different teams.
