The Role:

We are seeking a Tech Lead Software Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the product and leadership teams, where you will have the autonomy to make architecture decisions, shape the technical direction of our product, and grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

   •   Develop, maintain, and enhance our real estate platform.

   •   Analyze existing architecture and propose improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

   •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and business) to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

   •   Participate in code reviews, write clean and efficient code, and adhere to best practices.

   •   Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

   •   Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

   •   3-4 years of professional experience in BackOffice development.

   •   Strong knowledge of APIs, and database management.

   •   Familiarity with front-end technologies.

   •   Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures.

   •   A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.

   •   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

   •   Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
