We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a development team;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements;
  • Participate in solution development;
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications;
  • Lead backend development, including API design;
  • Collaborate on application deployment processes;
  • Enforce security best practices;
  • Translate business objectives into technical solutions;

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Strong Java development experience with frameworks like Spring, JPA, and Hibernate;
  • Experience with REST APIs, Swagger, and API lifecycle management;
  • Proficiency in development tools (Maven, Git, VSCode, Sonar, VeraCode);
  • Knowledge of continuous integration (Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes);
  • Experience with Angular (preferred);
  • Proficiency in performance optimization, security, and monitoring tools (Splunk, WSO2);
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies;
  • Leadership and mentoring skills;
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory);
  • Hybrid work model: onsite 2 days per week in Lisbon (flexible);
  • Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
