Randstad is recruiting a Tech Lead/Lead Developer Front-End Developer, for direct integration, in a company with offices in Coimbra.

The candidate may choose full remote or hybrid in Coimbra.

Tech stack of the company: Javascript (React.js, Angular.js, Node.js); Ruby / Ruby on Rails; Python / Django; Git; mobile development (iOS, Android, React Native); Linux / Mac OS; automated provisioning tools (Docker / Ansible / Capistrano); SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL); NoSQL (Mongo, Redis, etc.); Photoshop / Figma

descrição da função/job description

- Manage a team of 5-10 people
- Act as project manager, ability to talk to stakeholders and deliver the requirements to the team
- Act as a Tech Lead
- Manage several projects simultaneous and take decision according to needs.

requisitos/requirements

- More than 9 years of working experience in Front-end Development with React.js and Angular.js (Lead Front-end)
- Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (web & mobile), building and delivering products
- Experience in defining the timelines, communication, and coordination of complex engineering projects
- Current knowledge of the latest development methods and practices
- Orientation towards helping product owners achieve business goals
- Good english communication B2 level (mandatory requirement).
