PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Technical Leader SAP S/4!

Your mission:

• Act as SAP S/4 Technical Leader for the Operations and Quality workflow in the company's Consumer Markets segment.
• Take responsibility for analyzing the development of global processes and requirements in alignment with commercial representatives from the company's Consumer Markets segment and IT specialists for modules such as Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, Master Data, Plant Management and Maintenance .
• Design viable solutions together with your agile scrum team, business partners and software architects.
• Strongly align with the company's corporate SCRUM teams to ensure processes suitable for the company's Consumer Market.
• Define user stories in coordination with the business and deliver them to the SCRUM team.
• Evaluate and integrate operational processes into the company's global models and implementation in the company's consumer market segment.
• Manage project plans, monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and integrate local needs into global models.
• Align the transformation process with ongoing projects in global and local operations in the company's consumer market segment.

Min Requirements

• A degree in computer science (business), industrial engineering, or other degree program with a focus on information technology;
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Leader.
• Experience in ERP systems, especially SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP PM; (Mandatory)
• Experience in IT architecture with an understanding of SAP and non-SAP landscape, e.g. MES; (Mandatory)
• Understanding and experience with agile working methods;
• Experience in modeling IT processes and describing user stories;
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile, self-organized, and dynamic teams;
• Experience in project management, strong analysis, and proactive approach;
• Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and guide;
• Experience in change management;
• Strong communication skills;
• High sense of responsibility, good ability to understand, and great desire to learn;
• English C1/C2.

Working model: Hybrid 3x
Availability for Travel (Germany)
Direct internalization with the customer after one year of contract.
