Position: Technical Support – 1st Line

Location:  Lisbon (Hybrid)

Language: Portuguese (Native)

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 12th-grade education (preferably in science) or a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • Certification: ITIL Foundation (mandatory);
  • Support functions. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
  • Installation and administration of end-user environments. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
  • End-user support. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementation.
  • Training in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Conflict management training (preferred).
