In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal
We are looking for a Technical Support Leader to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of infrastructure, network, servers (Windows/Linux), virtual machine (VMWare), and Cloud Azure/IBM;
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Excel and VBA;
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience with Agile;
- Knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Citrix, .NET, and Python;
- Fluent in English and French.
Responsabilities:
- Contribute to support and maintenance activities for software of IT Actuary and Risk department.
