Our Technology team isn’t here to fix legacy systems — it’s here to build world-class financial products from the ground up. Products that'll be used by millions of people around the world (45+ million people, not that we’re counting)

We’re looking for a Technology Manager to join Revolut and oversee ongoing compliance with DORA requirements and other regulations. The ideal candidate will be a brilliant problem solver with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of risk and compliance within the financial sector.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and implementing robust technology (ICT) risk management framework, coordinating responses to major ICT incidents
  • Identifying main issues and gaps within the entity and improving integration with the group entity
  • Assessing and enhancing the business continuity plan and performing operational resilience tests
  • Ensuring compliance with ICT regulations and requirements across Europe (DORA)
  • Collaborating with various teams to manage technology changes and projects
  • Quantifying and managing risk exposures, protecting the company from excessive risk-taking
  • Building trust and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
  • Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the entity's committees, management bodies and external authorities
  • Overseeing ICT third-party service providers and ensure ongoing compliance with DORA and other regulations

 

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in with ICT incident response and management within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries
  • Fundamental knowledge of technology governance, risk management, compliance management, and operational resilience
  • An understanding of technology controls across all domains and how the controls operate
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of regulations applicable to financial services organisations in Europe, such as GDPR, Digital, and Operational Resilience guidelines

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in building and/or scaling the Technology Compliance function of a financial services institution or Fintech
  • Familiarity with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) or similar regulatory frameworks
