- More than 4 years of experience as Support Technician;
- Strong knowledge with VC Cisco and Teams Rooms;
- Previous contact with Pexip interoperability solution;
- Good leadership and team management skills;
- Autonomy, proactivity and ability to work in a team;
- Customer oriented;
- Good English level.
