Noesis is looking for a Test Manager to join our teams with the following profile:

At least 8 years in QA (5 or more in Test Manager role)
Experience in Test Strategies / Test Plans
Proactive and resilient
Team leader skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
ISTQB Certifications
Experience in QA processes
Good relationship, communication and client negotiation skills

Location: in one of our offices - Lisboa / Porto / Coimbra / Guarda / Covilhã
