Profile: - Expertise in ITIL; - Practice with Data flows (MQ, CFT); - Notions of Financial area; - Fluent in English and French is nice to have. Responsabilities: - Receive, record and manage incidents reported by users; - Identify the root cause of problems that lead to recurring incidents; - Develop and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of known problems; - Management of expectations between users and provider; - On call shifts.
