Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to
Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes
(e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working /
processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are

Responsibilities - your mission:

Airbus is looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our User Experience team, part of our HR Digital Transformation program.The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our HR employee services. As a UX Designer at Airbus, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate the user processes and interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
● Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
● Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
● Ensure that designs align with Airbus' branding and design standards.
● Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
● Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

requisitos/requirements
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
● Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
● Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.
● Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus.
