What are you going to do?

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments, integrating seamlessly with Azure, MS365, VPN, Pure Storage, and VMware;
• Effectively manage and optimize VPN solutions for secure network access;
• Supervise VMware virtualization infrastructure and Pure Storage solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability;
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows services, guaranteeing compatibility with cloud services, virtualization, and storage solutions;
• Uphold system and network security, with a specific focus on VPN, cloud, virtualization, and storage environments;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows systems, network connectivity, Azure, MS365, VPN, VMware, and Pure Storage;
• Collaborate closely with network and storage engineers to enhance the overall IT infrastructure.

 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Windows systems administration, including proficiency with VPN, Pure Storage, and VMware;
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of network principles, VPN configurations, virtualization, and enterprise storage solutions;
• Exhibit proficiency with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure, MS365, VMware, and Pure Storage;
• Showcase knowledge of network hardware, software, and their interactions with cloud services, virtualization, and storage technologies;
• Apply excellent problem-solving abilities and maintain meticulous attention to detail;
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Possess relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Administrator, MS365 Certified, VCP, Pure Storage certification), which are preferred;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
• Available to work from Portugal (with resident permit or EU passport).
