Our client, is recruiting a Windows Sysadmin Operations Manager.

Leading financial services company.
Description
- Engage in team discussions on operations and projects.
- Ensure continuous improvement and high availability of IT systems.
- Develop and enforce corporate policies for system standardization and security.
- Diagnose and resolve user and IT system issues.
- Design and support technical solutions based on business needs.
- Manage incidents and enhance internal knowledge sharing.
Profile
- STEM Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience on managing internationally distributed teams with skills in talent development and team leadership.
- Preferred: Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience as a windows system administrator.
- Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Office365 administration.
- Knowledge of M365 security features and multiple Microsoft roles.
- Familiarity with Cisco Ironport and Citrix (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency .
- Experience with ITIL change management.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours.
- Motivated team player with availability to travel in Europe for extended periods up to 50% of the time in the initial phase.
