What You’ll Do:

  • Establish regular communications with customers in order to understand their needs to help shape the product roadmap
  • Understand how customers use our products and make recommendations on how they can realize additional value by using our products
  • Develop customer advocates
  • Lead the Industry User Groups that include regular meetings with customers from world leading companies in Semiconductors, Medical Devices, Electronics and Discrete Manufacturing
  • Conduct and follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
  • Follow-up and drive to resolution issues that cause customer dissatisfaction
  • Participate in Industry Consortiums to define standards
  • Participate in the company Marketing Industry Groups
  • Be a product evangelist that actively presents, promotes, and markets new product modules and features to customers and internal stakeholders


What You Must Have:

  • More than 2 years of professional experience with Enterprise level software (e.g.: CRM, ERP, PLM, Document Management)
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering topics
  • Ability to take the initiative with little supervision and to cope with a fast-changing environment, with moving targets and changing priorities
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver concise and clear presentations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and discuss both business and product concepts
  • Excellent English skills – spoken and written


What We Consider a Plus (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Prior experience with manufacturing software
