Position: Technical Support – 1st Line
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Language: Portuguese (Native)
What We’re Looking For:
- 12th-grade education (preferably in science) or a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Certification: ITIL Foundation (mandatory);
- Support functions. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
- Installation and administration of end-user environments. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
- End-user support. Minimum experience: 3+ years.
- Experience in process improvement and implementation.
- Training in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Conflict management training (preferred).
